Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and document CNC machining programs for lathe, mill, and 5-axis equipment. The ideal candidate will translate engineering drawings into efficient, safe, and accurate CNC programs, support setup and troubleshooting on the shop floor, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes, reduce cycle times, and maintain high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit CNC programs for lathes, milling centers, and 5-axis machines using CAM software and conversational controls as required.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications to generate tooling plans, sequence operations, and select feeds, speeds and cutting strategies.
