Job Description
Role Overview
Join our QRC in Tarragona to support supplier deliveries, update Oracle, and purchase indirect consumables.
Responsibilities
- Update the B/M tool upon OAE (BOM, Safety Factor, etc.).
- Support Inventory weekly calls and further inventory actions.
- Provide support to regional manager and BI responsible for specific optimization actions.
- Participate with RTs in inventory tasks and ERP transactions.
- Obsolete program identification.
- Monthly FC in both material cost & inventory.
- Activate initiatives via mail/phone such as returning material, claiming arrival of urgent orders and error resolution.
- Review/update Flowstar database upon OSAE mentorship: standardize data upload format and correct incorrect uploads from the past.
- Interface between LCA/QRC departments for workload management.
- Train with RT and OSAE on seal repair process.
