Collection Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs to Collection Agents and Team Leaders in accordance with the collection division's training curriculum.
• Assess participants' performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Ensure training materials remain relevant, up-to-date, and effective in meeting business objectives.
• Motivate and inspire participants to achieve and improve their performance targets.
• Develop, design, and continuously enhance training materials and learning programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Collection Trainer.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and group facilitation abilities.
• Trainer certification is preferred.
