Collections Automation & Tooling Engineer

Jobtailor seeks a hands-on Data Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Customer.io for collections. You will design workflows, messaging sequences, and treatment triggers, and ensure reliable data ingestion in collaboration with the Data Analyst.

You will monitor tool performance, automate repetitive tasks, manage outbound contact tools, and document all configurations.
