Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee collections process for overdue accounts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
• Work closely with the accounting department on reconciliations.
• Develop strategies to reduce outstanding debt.
• Provide excellent customer service during collections process.
