COLOR MATCHER: WOODCOATINGS

We are looking for a technically skilled Color Matcher to support our wood‑coatings production team. This role requires precision, consistency, and strong problem‑solving abilities. You will be responsible for mixing, adjusting, and reproducing colors to exact specifications while ensuring batch‑to‑batch consistency and supporting internal and external customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix, adjust, and reproduce colors to exact specifications for wood‑coating products
• Ensure color consistency across batches using visual and instrumental evaluation
• Operate color‑matching equipment, mixing tools, scales, and related paint equipment
• Document formulas, adjustments, batch data, and production notes accurately
• Troubleshoot color discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
