Job Overview

This is a 100% commissioned role with no limit to earnings potential. Candidates manage their own book and receive compensation based on new business sales, policy renewals, and a growth bonus on the book. Commission is paid as a bi‑weekly draw against commissions earned and reconciled annually, with a guaranteed draw available for a specified timeframe during the initial period.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Commercial team in Southern Alberta. The role is hybrid and requires travel in and out of town.
