Job Description

The Commercial Analyst will play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability across our membership based hospitality business. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver data driven insights on memberships, pricing, utilisation, and customer behaviour, supporting strategic and day to day commercial decisions.
Analyse membership performance, including acquisition, retention, churn, upgrades, and lifetime value
Track and report on revenue streams (membership fees, food & beverage, events, ancillary services)
Support pricing strategy for memberships, packages, and promotions
Build and maintain commercial models and forecasts for revenue, margin, and growth initiatives
Monitor KPI dashboards covering occupancy, utilisation, yield, and customer profitability
Evaluate the commercial impact of new clubs, locations, services, or member offers
