 A transaction-focused London law firm is looking to hire into its growing commercial team.
 You will work with some of the most innovative and exciting businesses in the UK, ranging from start-ups right through to national and international brands, making this a unique opportunity to be exposed to a unique mix of commercial work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
 Key responsibilities include:
 Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
 Advising on data protection compliance and assisting clients with data protection audits, preparing data protection compliance documentation and delivering data protection training. 
 Advising on IP matters, including copyright, trade marks and designs.
