Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description Job Description Commercial Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with design specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all field activities on commercial construction projects, including scheduling subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.

• Conduct daily site inspections and meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
  
  
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and resources to ensure efficient operations.
  
  
• Maintain accurate site documentation including logs, reports, safety records, and daily progress notes.
