Commercial Finance Manager

• B.Com Honours in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous.
• 3–6 years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or management accounting.
• Experience in multi-site or multi-branch operations preferred.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling, and ERP system experience.
• Ability to analyse financial data and provide commercial insights.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent reporting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse site profitability, margins, costs, and operational performance.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies, and ROI assessments.
• Improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Support and mentor junior finance team members.
