Commercial Lending Manager

Working closely with key stakeholders across internal sales and relationship teams and external client relationships to manage smooth and productive credit outcomes, this position is a senior role managing quality deal flow, with your key focus being:

• Preparing and reviewing credit applications with a high standard of financial and risk analysis.
• Approving or declining applications and annual reviews
• Supporting the business across a quality Credit Risk Management Framework
• Monitoring and identifying higher-risk customers or sectors.
• Providing guidance, training, and credit support to internal stakeholders.
• Producing accurate and timely credit and portfolio reports.
