Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with Mexican Sales Team to consult with and educate customer base on the full WEISS Product Portfolio
- Continue and accelerate the development of our added value solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries and incoming leads relating to use, operation, and maintenance of WEISS products
- Proactively distribute high potential or strategically important opportunities to the regional sales team
- Assess the technical challenges the customer is trying to achieve or overcome
- Communicate with customers to get the desired information and answer their inquiries and resolve customer complaints
- Review drawings, plans, and customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates, project improvements, and develop project specific products to meet customer requirements
