Commercial O+O Project Lead

We are looking for a Commercial Conductor . This is not a traditional coordination role; it is a high-visibility mission to architect and orchestrate the 2026 Brand Roadmap for the world’s #1 beauty company. You will sit at the intersection of Brand, Sales, and E-commerce, ensuring our Offline + Online (O+O) strategy translates into market dominance.

What You’ll Do

• Orchestrate the Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end commercial PMO, ensuring every product launch and brand milestone for 2026 is synchronized across all physical retail and digital channels.
• Commercial Stakeholder Management: Act as the central hub for Country Managers, Category Leads, and Supply Chain directors to ensure the business is launch-ready from a P&L and inventory perspective.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Turn complex strategic goals into actionable timelines, identifying commercial risks before they hit the bottom line.
