Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks
• Prepare ingredients such as chopping, cutting, and measuring
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards)
• Support in daily kitchen operations and service preparation
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
