As a Commis II at DELANO Dubai, you will support the kitchen team in basic food preparation and mise-en-place, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. You will work closely under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring all tasks are completed with consistency, discipline, and attention to detail in line with DELANO standards.
- Basic Food Preparation: Assist with simple preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
- Mise-en-Place Support: Help set up and maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked workstation before and during service
- Service Assistance: Support the kitchen brigade during service by executing basic tasks accurately and promptly
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensuring compliance with HACCP and kitchen safety procedures at all times
