This programme builds on the first phase achievements of the Support to Skilling Uganda (SSU) project in Karamoja as well as the bridging programme. Specifically, the programme will strive to increase youth opportunities for employment; improve capacity of skilling and employment entities (VTIs, CSOs and Private sector) and contribute to supportive legal and policy environment for youth skilling and employment. The programme will target youth from the entire Karamoja region with specific focus on Moroto, Nakapiripiriti and Kotido Districts.
