**The Community Health Coordinator** will support the implementation and coordination of community-based health programs, including the **Live to the Beat** initiative, focused on improving health outcomes in communities around Atlanta. The Coordinator will deliver culturally responsive health education and participant support, facilitate program activities and partner engagement, and assist individuals in navigating healthcare and social care resources.
