Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Manager to build and nurture a strong, engaged wellness community across Yoga Circle. This role will focus on deepening user relationships, driving engagement, gathering feedback, and building community-led growth systems through online and offline experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly empathetic, community-oriented, and relationship-driven, with the ability to turn engaged users into loyal advocates and community champions. This role will play a key part in strengthening user belonging, creating smaller high-engagement community circles, and driving organic growth through referrals, network effects, meetups, and community participation.
