Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees in the workplace.
• Monitor and record employees’ medical conditions and maintain health records.
• Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and company health standards.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management or Immediate Leader.
• Enroll employees (direct employees and agency personnel) in the ZKTeco biometric system.
• Maintain and update biometric records to ensure accurate timekeeping.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Must be a Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license)
• Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety standards
