Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the company’s OSH program in coordination with the OSH Committee
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and submit required reports (e.g., Annual OSH Report, Monthly Safety Meeting Reports)
- Conduct mandatory OSH trainings and emergency preparedness drills
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees (e.g., vital signs check, dispensing medicines)
- Assess general health status in the absence of a company physician and conduct home/hospital visits if needed
- Develop and implement workplace health programs to promote wellness and prevent illness
- Educate employees on health and safety practices to reduce workplace accidents
- Maintain and secure medical records, equipment, and inventories of medicines and supplies
- Coordinate with HMO providers for annual physical exams and employee benefits (SSS, ECC, PAG-IBIG)
