Job Description
As a Compensation and Benefits Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of the organization's total rewards programs, covering compensation, benefits and HR information systems.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Participate in the annual salary and benefits review, conducting benchmarking and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Assist the Department Head in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit reports required by internal stakeholders, government agencies, and regional or head offices.
- Serve as the main contact person for service providers, including healthcare and life insurance providers, retirement trustees, consultants, and drug testing centers.
