Your responsibilities:
Introduce and govern European Compensation & Benefits standards to ensure consistency, compliance and scalability across countries
Enhance performance-oriented reward mechanisms and related processes (STI, merit increase)
Develop a job architecture and introduce a group-wide grading approach as the basis for transparent compensation structures, career paths and internal equity
Conduct analyses and market benchmarking to support compensation decisions and ensure internal pay equity
