This part-time opportunity is a contract position with the potential to become permanent for a detail-oriented individual who can manage benefits administration with precision, provide employees with clear guidance, and maintain accurate records across payroll and vendor processes. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of benefits operations, leave administration, and system-based recordkeeping, along with the ability to work collaboratively across HR and accounting functions.
