Compliance Operations Senior Analyst

The Compliance Operations Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting and strengthening Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and operational compliance across data center sites. The role is responsible for resolving compliance issues, supporting the implementation of regulatory and management system requirements, and ensuring alignment with global standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. This position partners closely with site operations (1st Line of Defense) to promote a strong EHS culture, ensure compliance with local legislation, and drive continuous improvement across Equinix management systems. Operates with a high degree of independence on day‑to‑day activities and receives general guidance for new assignments.
