Position: Composites Trainer (Manufacturing & Repair)

Seeking for Composites Trainer with strong experience in manufacturing and repair processes for composite materials.

The trainer will deliver specialist instruction to students entering the defense and aerospace sectors.

• Teach theory and hands‐on skills in composite layup, curing, inspection, and repair.
• Instruct on the safe use of tools, resins, prepregs, vacuum systems, and autoclaves.
• Develop lesson plans, practical assessments, and training documentation.
• Maintain high standards of workshop safety and learner discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in composites manufacturing and/or repair.
• Background in aerospace, automotive, defense or marine composites is desirable.
