Job Title: Compressor Operator
Location: Carlsbad, NM / Jal, NM / Pecos, TX, and surrounding areas Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule 1: 10/4 Days, 5/2 Days, 5/2 Nights
Schedule 2: 10/4 Days
Hours: 10 to 12-hour shifts
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Compressor Operators to join our field team. This position involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting compressor stations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of CAT and Waukesha compressor units and associated equipment.
Compressor Operator will have the Knowledge and Ability to Perform the Following:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on CAT 3516s–3600s and Waukesha compressors.
- Monitor and operate 10–12 stations with approximately 50 units at each station.
