Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Objective: Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis machining equipment (3, 4, 5-axis, etc.), ensuring the manufacture of high-precision mechanical components in accordance with engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications, while maximizing production efficiency, quality, process safety, and continuous improvement in machining operations Key Functions: Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for lathes and multi-axis machining centers (3-, 4-, and 5-axis), ensuring extremely tight tolerances for super high‑precision components. Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and 2D/3D CAD models to define machining sequences, toolpaths, and appropriate manufacturing strategies. Analyze and select cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies for materials such as stainless steels and high‑temperature alloys, ensuring part quality and maximizing tool life.
