Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Oslo.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Providing guidance and training to end-users.
Qualifications
- Experience working with various operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Knowledge of networking concepts.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems is preferred.
- A customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
Contract Details
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Candidates must have a valid work visa for Norway.
