Computing Engineer: Global Pool & HTCondor Expert

Big Science Sweden in Geneva is looking for a candidate to operate the CMS Global Pool of computing resources. The successful applicant will learn to monitor, maintain, and evolve the submission infrastructure of the experiment.

Your role will involve monitoring the HTCondor batch system, adjusting parameters, upgrading components, and reporting the Global Pool status in meetings. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a maximum of 2 years of professional experience are required.
