Job Description

Harbour Hotel Southampton is looking for a professional, personable, and highly organised Hotel Concierge to join our front-of-house team at our luxury waterfront hotel.
As the face of the hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing a warm welcome, local knowledge, and outstanding service to all visitors and residents.
Key Responsibilities:Welcoming guests and assisting with arrivals and departures
Providing local recommendations, directions, and concierge services
Valet parking and vehicle movements when required
Assisting with luggage and guest requests
Coordinating transport, taxis, and reservations
Maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times
Requirements:Must be aged 25 or over (insurance purposes)
Full UK driving licence required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
