The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
- Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
