Constituency Management Executive (1 year/East)

This is a contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Bedok

1 year (August 2026 to August 2027)

Support Constituency Office (CO) with ongoing outreach and engagement to residents, as well as upcoming outreach and engagement to seniors for the vaccination booster ops.

Perform Community Club (CC) frontline counter duties.

Provide support to CC operations related to COVID-19 social and community efforts and other essential services to residents.

Provide administrative support

Assist with facilities management.

Assist staff as directed by supervisors.

Possess pleasant and positive personality, an aptitude for service work and able to work with people of different backgrounds.

Prior experience in customer service would be advantageous.
