We’re looking for a
Construction Field Engineer
to join our team and be at the center of exciting, hands-on projects. This is a
field-first role
where you’ll gain real experience on job sites—working with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
What You’ll Do: Support daily field operations Assist with schedules, budgets, and quality control Communicate with clients and team members to keep projects moving Learn the full construction process from design through closeout
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 0–5 years of experience (internships count) Strong communication & problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and work on-site
