Plans, manages, and oversees construction projects ranging from multiple small to medium projects to large, multiple- contract projects of moderate complexity. Conducts project analyses and reporting to include monthly progress reports and documentation of deficiencies, issues, risks and/or overruns. Scope of human resources management includes construction representatives and construction specialist jobs. Manages and controls all construction management activities, including critical path method (CPM), scheduling and claims administration. Interprets plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and the company’s field personnel.
