- Lead multidisciplinary site teams and contractors to deliver scope on time, on budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
- Establish and enforce the project execution plan, governance structure, roles, RACI, and reporting cadence.
- Drive decision-making, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with client objectives and contractual commitments.
- Own the integrated baseline schedule and ensure logic-driven sequencing (Primavera P6/MS Project).
- Track progress using KPIs and earned value, lead weekly look-ahead planning, and implement recovery plans when required.
- Coordinate interfaces across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, utilities, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee site setup, method statements, work permits, inspections, and quality hold points. Review shop drawings/IFC alignment, manage RFIs/technical queries, and lead constructability reviews.
