CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues efficiently and maintain project alignment. Supervise site works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards. Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation and T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other project documentation collaboratively with project teams. Direct daily activities of workers by briefing foremen and monitoring progress to ensure satisfactory quality and timely completion. Monitor workers' punctuality and oversee accommodation and transport arrangements to support workforce efficiency. Advise workers on necessary safety precautions and enforce safe work practices on site. Report immediately any accidents, schedule delays, or equipment damage to relevant parties for prompt resolution.
