Position Summary:
The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures on‑site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel during the office fit‑out project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor site‑specific safety plans
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard assessments
- Facilitate toolbox meetings and safety orientations for workers
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Recommend corrective and preventive measures
- Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation
