What You’ll Do:

• Lead on-site operations for major sewer, water, and road reconstruction projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all standards
• Communicate effectively with engineers, inspectors, and clients
• Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including 5+ years as a foreman or superintendent
