- Provide exceptional technical support to customers regarding consumer electronics products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues over the phone, via email, or through chat.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance user experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: at least 6 months of BPO experience if below 2 years college
