**Key responsibilities**
+ Write and edit digital content, including copy for user experience (UX) design, microcopy and instructional text in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese that guides users through our digital products
+ Ensure consistency and clarity of language across different platforms, including website, mobile app and other digital interfaces
+ Contribute to the development and maintenance of content style guides, shape and adopt the Hang Seng tone of voice
