The position of Contents Technician is to perform contents pack out, contents cleaning, pack back of contents and structural cleaning. This is an AT WILL position.

SUPERVISION:
- Receives general direction from the Contents Supervisor, and/or Project Manager.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Schedule, clean, pack and document all projects
- Pack, move, clean and inventory physically damaged personal property from water or fire incidents
- Decontaminate a wide variety of items and areas on a project
- Working with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance agents
- Prevent and protect company against liability and loss relating to Care Control and Custody of a customer's personal property
