Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will be fully dedicated to driving structured problem-solving processes across our organization. This role is responsible for receiving specific problems as input, forming and leading cross-functional resolution teams, and ensuring timely and effective closure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience in Agriculture or Off-Highway Equipment highly preferred. Location : Chennai, India Main accountabilities of the role: Problem-Solving Leadership Take ownership of assigned problems and lead them to resolution using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, A3).
