An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Manager to join a growing social housing repairs and maintenance contract across the Midlands region.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in gas compliance, repairs and maintenance, who is confident managing operational performance, health & safety compliance, and customer-focused service delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of gas compliance operations across a social housing portfolio, ensuring contractual, commercial and safety targets are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
