Audit and process employee timecards and payroll data Support weekly payroll processing for 250–300 employees Assist with billing audits and invoice accuracy Generate payroll and client reports Communicate with employees in English and Spanish Maintain accurate records across payroll systems
2+ years of payroll experience ~ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy ~ Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
California payroll exposure
LATAM, Fluent English and Spanish required Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U. Compensation: $1,800–$2,200 USD/month (paid as a contractor) PTO: 2 Weeks + US holidays Industry Preference: Staffing, payroll, workforce administration, or other high-volume payroll environments
