We’re partnering with a large, well‑resourced organisation with a diverse and technically complex property portfolio to appoint a Contracts Manager who enjoys being close to operations and visible across sites. This role suits someone who is naturally proactive, results‑focused and relationship‑driven , an astute individual who knows what’s happening on site, backs their Facilities Managers, and isn’t afraid to challenge service providers when performance slips.
The Role
You’ll be a key link between FM’s and service providers, ensuring contracts deliver what they promise. You’ll support all FMs in contractor engagement, performance discussions and commercial conversations - providing confidence, evidence and push‑back when needed. Rather than managing contracts from a distance, you’ll stay close to the action, building trust, tracking performance firsthand and ensuring KPIs truly reflect what’s being delivered on site.
