1. Monitoring and Surveillance :

• Continuously monitor realtime operational data communication channels or surveillance systems for anomalies or incidents.
  
• Oversee multiple systems (e.g. CCTV alarm systems SCADA or other monitoring technologies) to ensure optimal functionality.
  
• Respond to system alerts alarms or emergency situations promptly ensuring proper protocols are followed.
  

2. Incident Management :

• Serve as the first point of contact for emergencies or operational disruptions.
  
• Coordinate with field teams internal departments and external agencies (e.g. emergency services) to resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Log incidents decisions and actions taken ensuring all details are recorded for further analysis or reporting.
