Description
We are looking for a Contract Controller to support core accounting, payroll, and HR-related activities for a multi-state organization based in the Greater Hartford Area. This position will take ownership of the close process, prepare accurate financial reporting, and coordinate with external financial partners to keep operations running smoothly. The role also contributes to payroll processing and employee lifecycle administration while helping maintain strong day-to-day financial controls.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly closing cycle, ensuring entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules are completed accurately and on time.

• Prepare financial statements and related reports that provide clear visibility into the organization’s performance and position.
