Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to join a growing organization in Nashville, Tennessee. This interim opportunity will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and process optimization within a service-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical accounting background, leadership capability, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across functions.

• Lead the month-end and period-end close process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
