Description We are looking for a Controller to lead financial stewardship and accounting operations for a manufacturing organization based in Rogers, Arkansas. This position plays a central role in delivering reliable financial reporting, strengthening compliance, and supporting business decisions with clear analysis and sound controls. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, operational accounting knowledge, and the ability to partner effectively with executives across the company.

Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day accounting activities across receivables, payables, payroll, cash activity, reconciliations, and sales-related financial processing.
